Our studies unite two of our passions: our industries and strategic imagination. The starting point is usually a question we stumble upon in our projects or in our research work: an innovation or a disruptive technology, new markets and market players, changing decision-making processes, new sales channels or changing consumer habits. Innovation Champions 2018.

December 2018. How can innovation be measured? The ranking „Innovation Champions 2018“ awards Germany’s 50 most innovative ‘Mittelstand’ companies. The study shows: innovation is more than new products. “Innovation Champions” demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and many of them have successfully implemented business model innovations.

Growth through differentiation.

November 2018. The global market for industrially produced and packaged food will show stable long term growth. However, our new study shows: the rules of the industry will change fundamentally. Manufacturers of food and packaging machines are now required to realign their strategy.

Innovation Champions 2017.

November 2017. What’s the winning formula of innovative medium-sized companies? The study „Innovation Champions 2017“ awards the 50 most innovative companies of the German ‚Mittelstand‘. It analyzes their patterns for success and explains what they do differently.

In his lecture „Grow or Go – finding your own success story in the chaos of convenience, regionality, veggie etc.“, Matthias Riemann explained how strategic positioning can help to overcome the crisis.

‚Deutscher Steuerberatertag 2017‘.

Berlin, October 2017. The ‚Deutscher Steuerberatertag‘ is the biggest German industry event for tax accountants. Matthias Riemann spoke about „Successful acquisitions in the US by German companies.“ His forecast: German investment activities in the US will gain momentum.

Berlin, June 2017. ‚NOAH Conference‘ in Berlin is one of Europe’s leading events for internet companies and investors to network and discuss industry trends. CEOs and managers of established startups meet their disruptive challengers and discuss trends and concepts of the future. Munich Strategy attended NOAH Berlin 2017 to connect with companies and investors.
