Associate & Consultant
As an associate or consultant you‘ll be fully involved in our projects and work closely with our experienced colleagues. You support them during meetings with clients and make an important contribution to our project results.
You take responsibility for (Junior) Associates and new colleagues. You begin to manage your own sub-projects and are prepared to lead project teams.
Senior Consultant & Manager
As a senior consultant or manager you take comprehensive responsibility for projects or respectively full project or team responsibility. You present and defend our project results in meetings with clients.
Your industry knowledge makes you a valued sparring partner for your team members. You continue to expand your client network, seek the exchange with our industries and take responsibility for associates and consultants.
As a senior manager, you take on project responsibility and lead projects as well as your project team. You present results to the client and are responsible for the quality of our consulting services. Additionally, you generate leads and win new clients and projects for Munich Strategy.
Your comprehensive consulting and industry experience make you an expert with outstanding expertise and competence and a valued discussion partner for our clients. You use your expertise and standing to acquire new projects and clients. You constantly expand your network and gladly pass on the knowledge you have acquired over the years to our consultants and associates.
Our partners communicate and negotiate at eye level with CEOs and board members and have established close and trusting relationships with them. They are sought-after speakers at industry events and discussion partners for the trade and business press.

As a junior associate, associate and new consultant you will be trained in our six basic trainings – in addition to the on-the-job training you will receive. As a consultant, senior consultant or manager, you will receive training in external institutes. This will stimulate your personal development and help you realize your full potential. You will for example improve your presentation skills, learn how to use convincing arguments and speak confidently.
