Senior Consultant and Co-Head of Strategy
After studying Business Administration at the University of Augsburg, Jens Krause joined Munich Strategy in 2021. Prior to that, he gained hands-on experience on construction sites as well as in a mid-sized mechanical engineering firm – an operational insight combined with a strategic outlook that he purposefully applies in advising mid-market companies.
Jens Krause supports firms in the development and execution of growth strategies, the evaluation of market-entry opportunities and M&A potential, and the strategic realignment of existing business models. He is responsible for the Munich Strategy Mittelstand Database, which serves as the central foundation for market analyses, studies, and performance benchmarks, and he is co-author of studies on topics such as trends in the construction industry and private equity in the mid-market, through which he offers valuable impetus to companies and investors.
