After studying Business Engineering and earning a Master’s degree in Management/Finance from the University of St. Andrews, Kai-Markus Hock began his career as a consultant at an international management consulting firm before transitioning to the food industry. He accumulated many years of experience in various national and international leadership roles in Business Development and Product Management within the food ingredients industry. The focus was on plant-based alternative products and smart proteins.
At Munich Strategy, Kai-Markus Hock leads the transformation practice, assisting companies in their journey towards sustainable change. He develops short-term approaches to secure existing business operations as well as long-term strategic optimization and growth programs.
